Insurance � confirm Minute 08/102 re Kittle Residents Association� S137 Grant to be deferred pending review of Kittle Residents Association�s future requirements. |

Noted letters from St. Mary�s Church thanking Pennard Community Council for their S.137 Grant, and advising differences with their architect resolved, meaning that work to the Church can now proceed. |

� Minutes of the Footpaths Committee, held on 4th June 2008, were agreed. � City and County of Swansea to be advised that the styles on Footpaths 42/43 near the Poultry Farm need repairing, and the fencing erected by the land owner along footpath 48 is encroaching on the path itself, and footpath 55 is badly overgrown. |
