The minutes of the Hall Committee meeting of 10^th January 2009 had been circulated and approved.
Decision of Council � The City and County of Swansea had requested use of the hall for the European Elections on 4^th June 2009.� This was agreed. � The electrical safety check identified potential wiring problems which the Hall Committee would pursue. � A sign to be fixed on the door leading from the main hall to the small hall about �Meeting in Progress�. BURIAL GROUND COMMITTEE Councillor Weeks reported that a quotation was being sought for concrete strips on which future memorial stones be placed.�					WW
PARISH HALL COMMITTEE/CHURCH Noted letter of appreciation for the forthcoming grant from the Vicar about ground maintenance.
NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH Councillor Smith gave a verbal report on the Police and Communities Together (PACT) Meeting held that evening.� Discussion centered on the problems of cattle.� The conclusion reached was that no further action can be taken by the relevant authorities unless Pennard Golf Club agrees that their land be fenced.� Mr. C. L. to be advised of the outcome of these discussions.					BS

� It was agreed that the Council pay the �190.00 delegates fee for the Clerk to attend the SLCC Conference at Stoke-on-Trent on Friday, 27^th February and Saturday, 28^th February 2009.
