Part payment for work completed to date to former surgery was discussed.� In favour of the interim payment were Nigel King, Margaret Waymark, Ralph Cook, Margaret Smith, Catherine Bryden-Smith.� Against were Helen Langford, George Nash, Lin Silver, Wes Weeks, Adele Gerke.� Abstained Lynda James, Andrew Thomas.� On the casting vote of the Chairman, it was agreed that the interim payment be made. |

FACILITIES FOR YOUTHS Margaret Waymark gave a progress report on the skateboard ramp.� It was agreed that: a) D. Watkins be asked to do any welding required b) Spencers provide and erect the netting between the ramp and the adjacent field c) that a new litter bin be purchased d) notices be ordered from Charterbrook regarding the need to use appropriate safety equipment when using the ramp A vote of thanks was given to Margaret Waymark for the work she had carried out on this project. |

The Electoral Registration Officer requested use of the Hall for the May elections until 02.00am, rather than the usual 11.00pm, for purpose of the poll count.� This was agreed at an extra cost of �10.50.
