circulated to all Members about the Clerk’s pay and car allowance are
accepted. These
recommendations were agreed. ·
The Clerk requested that in the event
of his death whilst in post, the gratuity to be paid free of tax to his
widow. This was
agreed. ·
It was noted that the capital assets
purchased by the Council for use by the Clerk at his home were: - 1 x
printer, 1 x chair, 1 x desk, 1 x shredder, and files clearly marked
PCC. This list will be
updated as necessary. ·
It was agreed that consideration be
given to accounts being computerised. |

· Wheelchair Access - a letter of complaint received from Mr. John Thomas about access to the Playing Field for Mrs. Thomas’s electric scooter and wheelchair. Agreed that the legal requirement of access be checked (Dr. M. Waymark) and a suitable reply sent to Mr. Thomas. |
