Agreed help in monitoring but not financially. · Noted letter from Ilston Community Council replying to the City and County of Swansea along the same lines. · Agreed that the draft budget for 2007/2008 include £1,000.00 towards the appointment of a Gower Ranger. |

public toilets at Southgate Road. |

Two storey rear extension and two storey single side extension. Addition of pitched roof over existing two storey rear wing and two storey side extension with first floor balcony. Decision: No objection
· New Application - 2006/1626 Kilsaron, High Pennard Use of land as residential curtilage (application for a Certificate of Lawful Development). Decision: Reiterate previous decision, that it is against the local plan for agricultural land to be taken into domestic use. · Pre-Planning Consultation Installation of additional MMO2 Airwave apparatus at existing O2 mast at Hael Lane, Southgate. Replace existing 15m monopole with stronger 15m monopole. This structure will support the existing O2 and Airwave equipment plus proposed new 300mm and 600mm dishes at 14.32m. A small ground based equipment cabinet is also proposed. Decision: The letter from MMO2 about pre-planning consultation noted. Agreed that a public meeting be called to seek the views of local residents before replying to MMO2. Member of Parliament and the Welsh Assembly be asked for their advice.

The Clerk reported that the NHS had circulated local dental practices about the availability of the surgery by January 2007. |

advice of Members as to whether they considered she had a conflict of
interest by owning two properties and land adjoining the field. It was the unanimous view that there was

GN reported that Mr. Robin Stuart-Low had
agreed to donate £600.00 towards the mobile goal posts. A suitable letter of thanks to be sent to
Mr. Stuart-Low. GG raised his concern about overhead
cables. Ideally Meadgate to arrange
for the cables to be laid underground. LJ questioned the quality of the finish to
the ramp into the pavilion, and there was still a lip to negotiate on the
inside, making the ramp still unsuitable for wheelchairs. Decided to hold
payment until checked by the field management committee. |

Footpaths Agreed that PL provide each Member (except PM) with a list of footpaths to be walked and by what date. Following the walk, report back to PL. The footpath from Hael Lane to Hunts Farm may be

FOOTPATH ACROSS THE PLAYING FIELDPACP had recommended that there be a path from Anderson Lane across the Playing Field and over private land to the rear of the school. This evoked considerable discussion. Agreed that PACP enter into dialogue with the owners of the land on either side of the Playing Field to see if this is feasible. |
