Registration Officer for Councillor, but a letter had been received by the

Concern with the City and County of Swansea
The Chief Executive has
written to apologise for the delay in replying to our letter of concern at
the apparent role of PACP in Community Council matters. The Chief Executive had no
intention of excluding Pennard Community Council on matters regarding
community consultation and hoped that his explanation allays the Council’s
concerns. The letter was accepted. |

Former Surgery Tenders
In accordance with
Standing Order 31(a), five Members had written asking that the tenders
accepted at the meeting of 8th November 2007 be rescinded. This was agreed. |

It was agreed that a new
tender be prepared for work which is the direct responsibility of the Council
only. Work to include an ordinary
toilet. The proposed tenant would
then arrange his own tender for works he specifically requires (subject to
the approval of the Council). |

The Clerk reported that the main concerns of delegates were drugs and
alcohol abuse, anti-social behaviour, and managing young people. |

on the Community Forum held on 13th November where she gave a
presentation on the Gower Website. ·
A presentation on the
Leisure Centre was also on the agenda. ·
One Voice Wales
regional meeting and Christmas Party to be held at Gowerton Rugby Club. Agreed Mr. Nash and Dr. Cook attend. ·
