Dr. Waymark gave a progress report on the mobile skateboard ramp demonstration.  Deferred until after  discussion with the City and County of Swansea, possibly for a special meeting.

 

On the consultation exercise, only one objection received about the proposed skateboard ramp and shelter.

The Clerk reported on the local advertisement for the surgery premises.  MS and the Central Library had asked for details.  No reply from Mrs. B. about a nursery.  The most definite enquiry came from Mrs. A. about setting up a nursery, with whom a site meeting had been arranged.

Nuisance

The Clerk reported that a meeting arranged for Thursday, 18th January with the Police, Surgery, Library, School and PTA to discuss issues involving nuisance on site.  Noted that the Community Police Officers were happy with the proposed accommodation and it was hoped they would be in action by the end of February.

Mr. J. Eley had asked for free use of the hall for a social event held on Wednesday, 10th January 2006 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Mr. Eley be asked to provide a letter to support his request.
