07/03	MATTERS ARISING No matters arising.
07/04	FACILITIES FOR YOUTHS Dr. Waymark gave a progress report on the mobile skateboard ramp demonstration. Deferred until after discussion with the City and County of Swansea, possibly for a special meeting. On the consultation exercise, only one objection received about the proposed skateboard ramp and shelter.	PMW

LJ		Kittle to Barland Quarry – fencing still not completed. Kittle Shop – can the yellow rubbish bins be removed.
AG		Pennard Road – grass overgrown on bank between the School and Green Lane making it impossible for pedestrians to use.

MW		Pullman coach timetables – can they leave Pennard/Town on the hour?

LJ	Kittle car parking outside shops - Mrs. James reported on the informal meeting held between Kittle Members, local businesses and the City and County of Swansea on 3^rd October 2006. Now waiting for a response from the National Trust about part of the green being used as a pavement.		BLS

Community Hall
Damage Dr. Waymark reported on broken window to emergency door. Surgery The Clerk reported on the local advertisement for the surgery premises. MS and the Central Library had asked for details. No reply from Mrs. B. about a nursery. The most definite enquiry came from Mrs. A. about setting up a nursery, with whom a site meeting had been arranged. Agreed Hall Committee to monitor progress. Nuisance The Clerk reported that a meeting arranged for Thursday, 18^th January with the Police, Surgery, Library, School and PTA to discuss issues involving nuisance on site. Noted that the Community Police Officers were happy with the proposed accommodation and it was hoped they would be in action by the end of February.	BLS
Drainage The Clerk reported that no further information yet forthcoming from the City and County of Swansea about car park drainage problem.	BLS
Charity Event Mr. J. Eley had asked for free use of the hall for a social event held on Wednesday, 10^th January 2006 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mr. Eley be asked to provide a letter to support his request.	BLS
Field
Pavilion Dr. Waymark reported that Dunvant AFC were meeting to consider Pennard Community Council’s letter of complaint about the way they left the pavilion.
Equipment Check Agreed that the City and County of Swansea be asked to carry out a check on the play equipment.	BLS
Burial Ground
The Clerk reported on the revised burial charge from Isaacs for 2007, which was noted.
Parish Hall

Footpaths
Concern expressed about the condition of the boardwalk near the stream.	BLS

Noted Newsletter.
Community Councils
Noted minutes of One Voice Wales of 14th December 2006 about funding. Noted Community Forum to be held on Tuesday 30^th January 2007 at 5.00pm in the County Hall.	ER
