Morawel – Middleton 2005/0009 First floor side extension, part two storey rear extension, single storey rear extension, balcony on side extension, addition of pitched roof to front porch, detatched garage.  – RCC have no objections Land adjacent to Carissima, Rhossili 2004/0596 Erection of a detatched dwelling (amendment to planning permission A00/1553 dated 08/04/01) – RCC have no objections, however wish to express concern about how the property will affect the drainage from the hill, onto the road and neighbouring properties that are at a lower level. Pitton Cross Caravan Park 2005/0095 Field no. 2952 –use of land for a tented campsite from 27th May to June 10th inclusive and July 1st to 31st August inclusive for the 2005/2006 seasons.  – RCC have no objections Land adjacent to Middleton Hall, Middleton 2005/0099 Two detatched dwelling houses (amendment to planning permission 2003/0380 granted 05/08/03) – RCC had been looking at the original plans.  The amended approved plans subsequently came into RCC’s possession.  Deferred until next meeting and plans to be passed around councillors. Talgarths Well 2003/0293 Number of  trees have been cut down.  RCC to write to tell planning that we believe that there has been a flagrant disregard for the granted planning permission.  The retention of the trees was stipulated in the original planning permission.  Draw attention to points 6 & 7 of planning consent.
