2009/0581 Land adjacent to Middleton Hall – it was decided that the proposed changes to the development were inappropriate.  A letter would be formulated and circulated containing the following concerns:

The lack of sympathy with the design of adjoining properties.

·         The change to the roof pitch

·         The change to the use of synthetic roof tiles

·         The introduction of roof-lights

·         The changes to the fenestration

The increase in size and volume

·         The increase in frontage (ie wall height)

·         Increase in 1^st storey floor area

The area of hard standing around the plot

The changes to the boundary fences/hedges
