Minutes of the extra meeting held on Tuesday 26th April 2005

1.        Declaration of interests. ST & SW for planning 2005/0757, PB for 2005/0765, ST & RB for 2005/0772, ST, RB & RD for 2005/0831

2.        Planning applications.  Letter received from Rhodri Williams confirming phone conversation with RD.  Owner of Talgarths Well must reply to planning, in writing within 21 days detailing their intentions.
2004/2572 Barn at South Pilton Farm – amendments withdrawn
2005/0095 Field 2952 Pitton Cross Caravan Park, temporary license for camping - APPROVED
New applications: 2005/0687 Bellendaine, Middleton Two storey part single storey front extension with balcony – RCC not opposed to any development on this site.  However, it must be sympathetic to the position it holds and we feel that the current plan will dominate the site and adversely affect the views from the road.
2005/0757 Ship Farm, Rhossili Conversion of barn into living accommodation with single storey side extension- RCC no objection
2005/0765 The Old Rectory, Rhossili Replacement access track - - RCC no objection
2005/0772 Eastmoor Farm, Pilton Side conservatory - RCC no objection

3.        Gower’s rural status –AONB documentation.  SW distributed to Cllrs.   Comments to RD by 30th April.  RD to collate comments from Cllrs and post.
