Minutes of the extra meeting held on Tuesday 28th March 2006   Attendance:          Steve Walmsley (SW) (Vice Chair), Christopher Beynon (CB), Anne Morse-Jones (AMJ). 1.       Apologies:             Selina Taylor (Clerk) 2.       Declaration of interests:  none 3.       Planning applications: 2003/1040 Land adjoining Sunnymead, Rhossili - amended plans have been submitted 21st March 2006.  The amendments to the plans were not considered significant enough to change the decisions made by the full RCC previously.  It was decided that the reply to the SCC planning should make the same observations as before ie overbearing presence on Mewslade Cottage and would be a second tier of development without direct access to the main road.
