Minutes of the extra meeting held on Tuesday 31st May 2005

1.        Declaration of interests.  AMJ for 2005/1086, CB for 2003/1040

2.        Planning applications.

 

New applications:

2005/1026 Field 2920 Pitton Cross Caravan Park - Use of land for a caravan rally for approx. 60 units from 23rd to 25th June 2006 - RCC no objection.

2005/1086 Seafield, Midleton - Front Conservatory.  The design of the conservatory was discussed - RCC no objection.
2004/0498 Faircroft, Rhossili - Construction of one detached dwelling (amended plans).  Appearance of development amended to fit in better with other properties.  The road access and the size of the plot were discussed - RCC no objection.
2003/1040 Land between Sunnymead and Mewslade View (Amended plans) Erection of one detached dwelling

The size of the development has been reduced.  The development was not supported and the following comments to be made: Impose an overbearing presence on Mewslade Cottage; It would be a second tier of development without direct access to the main road.
